It is made of beautiful gold vermeil beads (thick gold over sterling silver) that have a unique texture and sheen. They are a lighter gold and are strung on gold wire. The beads are all the same size and are 12mm. One strand is 17”, the other, 16” and they connect with a round tongue clasp hallmarked, “sterling”. This necklace is a nice weight, at 72.75 grams! There is a slight bit of wear on the clasp, but the rest is in excellent condition. This is truly a unique and gorgeous vintage piece that is NOT costume. W1
